Last Friday April 10, 2015 The Toronto-Don Mills Rotary Club launched the annual Brush-a-mania event at J.R.Wilcox Elementary School on Ava Road.
The aim of the event is to promote good oral care by elementary school students. It featured Brush-a-mania chairman, Dr. Raffy Choulijian; the President of the Toronto-Don Mills Rotary Club, Jennifer Boyd; the President of the Ontario Dental Association, Dr. Jerry Smith; and Scarborough-Rouge River MPP Bas Balkissoon
The goal of this event is to have 100 schools and 30,000 elementary school students to participate. We aim to educate children and teach them the proper way to care for their teeth.
Participants can win Xbox and Android tablets just for brushing their teeth. If you would like to join the contest, start tracking your brushes now.
